We call ourselves the “SIOPAOHOLICS”, a group of sophomore and junior bloggers who want to introduce our very own Toasted Siopao, one of Bikol's original recipes. We are to proud to blog and share this special recipe to the people out there who want to try delicious round dough filled with pork meat and egg in a very affordable price. We chose this topic under Travel and Cuisine Category for we believe this is uniquely ours, a BIKOL RECIPE: TOASTED SIOPAO. TRY MO!

We went through a series of brainstorming, planning and different ICT techniques to present an informative and interesting blog like this. We circled all over the city to interview different people from all walks of life who are eating Toasted Siopao. We also searched the net about Toasted Siopao and after weeks and months of searching and discovering, finally, here it is ..our blog. We used the www.blogger.com. We edited the pictures in Adobe Master Collection and polish our movie clips in Windows Movie Maker and other software. We added other things that are significant to spice up our blog.

Most of the videos were shot last November 11, 2010 together with Mrs. Alicia Naag and Mrs. Marites Linsoco, our coach and the whole team.
